Nursery in Room 106
You can feel comfortable that your infants and
toddlers are in a
safe and loving environment. Our excellent
caregiver plays with and cares for your
children.
Preschool/Pre-K/Kindergarten (ages 3 to 5) in Room 102
What an imaginative group of children!
Each week the children hear, see, and interact
with God's stories in the Bible that illustrate
God's love to them. The children engage
the story through storytelling, art, games,
sharing, and play. We utilize The
Beginner's Bible as the basis for our
lessons and families are encouraged to share in
the story at home.
1st,
2nd & 3rd Grade in Room 203
Imagination, independence, and caring for the
world...at this age the children continue to
build on who they are in God and begin to
care about the world. Each week the
children hear, see, and interact with God's
stories in the Bible showing them God's love and
how they can make a difference in the world.
We utilize a teaching method called Godly Play,
where stories are told using 3D elements that
engage their minds, hearts, and imaginations.
Asking "I wonder..." questions, children ask
themselves what God is saying to them and how to live as a community of faith. They
then respond to what God is doing with them
through their own creativity. In addition,
third graders receive Bibles from Faith Church
in September and we read from the Bible most
weeks.
4th & 5th Grade in Room 210
Imagination, independence, caring for the world,
and exploring their faith...at this age the
children build on their Godly Play experiences
and explore what it means to be a faith
community. Some weeks we engage in spiritual
disciplines such as worship and scriptural
meditation. They spend more time with the
stories, going deeper in exploration, and may
even journal. We utilize a teaching method
